Hi

My name is Gakii Gitonga and I am currently a UX Researcher at I&M Bank based in Nairobi, Kenya.

 

Majority of my work involves, conducting user and market research, conducting usability testing and auditing the user experience of current I&M apps with an aim of understanding customers' changing needs and improving their user experience.

Occasionally, I ideate my insights into designs through, customer journey maps, user flows and prototypes.

​

In my current role, I work closely with UI designers and product owners.
